Yes! Zeynovia offers a free plan that you can use indefinitely with no credit card required. The free plan includes 1 asset, 1 service, and up to 25 appointments per month — perfect for getting started or running a small operation. If you need more, you can upgrade to Premium at any time for unlimited assets, services, and appointments.

Which devices can I use Zeynovia on?

Zeynovia is available on iOS and Android devices. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Your account and all your data sync seamlessly across your devices, so you can manage your appointments from whichever device you prefer.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide including Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified systems, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. If you cancel, you'll continue to have full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

How do I upgrade from monthly to yearly?

Simply click the "Switch to Yearly" button on the subscription page. Your remaining monthly subscription will be prorated, and you'll only be charged the difference.

What happens when I reach my free plan limits?

On the free plan, you can use up to your monthly appointment limit. Once you reach the limit, you won't be able to create new appointments until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade to Premium at any time for unlimited appointments.

Will I lose my data if I downgrade to the free plan?

No, your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Premium to Free, all your existing appointments, customers, and history remain intact. You'll just need to select which asset and service to keep active under the free plan limits.

Can I get a refund?

If you're not satisfied with your Premium subscription, please contact our support team within the first 7 days of your subscription. We'll be happy to assist you with a refund. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes, absolutely. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all your personal data, appointments, customers, assets, and services are permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible, so please make sure you no longer need your data before proceeding.
