Free Plan
The Free plan includes:
- 1 asset (team member or resource)
- 1 service
- Up to 25 appointments per month
- Basic appointment management features
Premium Plans
We offer Monthly and Annual premium subscription plans with:
- Unlimited assets and services
- Unlimited appointments
- Advanced features and analytics
- Priority support
Payment Terms
Your payment method depends on how you subscribe:
- Subscribing through the iOS mobile app: Payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID and follows Apple's billing and renewal policies
- Subscribing through our website (from any device): Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Managing Apple subscriptions: Through your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Managing web subscriptions: Through your account settings on our website
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods after cancellation (see Refund Policy below for details)
Cross-Platform Access
Your subscription is tied to your Zeynovia account and works across all supported platforms:
- A single subscription provides access on both iOS and Android devices as well as on the web
- Your subscription status syncs automatically across all your devices
- Subscription management is handled through our website
Refund Policy
Refund policies differ based on your subscription method:
- Apple In-App Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their refund request system at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases according to their own policies
- Web/Stripe Subscriptions: You may request a refund by contacting us at support@zeynovia.com within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved refunds will be processed through Stripe
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zeynovia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeynovia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
