3. User Accounts

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

  • 1 asset (team member or resource)
  • 1 service
  • Up to 25 appointments per month
  • Basic appointment management features

Premium Plans

We offer Monthly and Annual premium subscription plans with:

  • Unlimited assets and services
  • Unlimited appointments
  • Advanced features and analytics
  • Priority support

Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods after cancellation

Platform-Specific Subscriptions

Subscriptions are platform-specific and bound to the store where you made the purchase:

  • iOS subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store work only on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad)
  • Android subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store work only on Android devices
  • You cannot transfer a subscription from one platform to another
  • If you switch platforms (iOS to Android or vice versa), you will need to purchase a new subscription on the new platform
  • Each subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account, not to your Zeynovia account
  • This policy is in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Generally:

  • Apple App Store: Request refunds through Apple within 48 hours of purchase
  • Google Play Store: Request refunds through Google within 48 hours of purchase
  • We cannot process refunds directly; all refund requests must go through the respective app stores

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zeynovia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeynovia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
